My Practice
Offering a holistic approach to psychotherapy, I provide a place for individuals who are struggling with stress and anxiety, grief or bereavement, depression, self esteem or relationship issues as well as many other challenges that we deal with daily. I will guide individuals to empower themselves and regain control over their lives. By exploring areas that are no longer serving you I will work with you to unravel the negative patterns that create barriers and move toward discovering awareness, balance and re-connection.
Through talk therapy, focusing, meditation, energy work and other therapeutic modalities I will help you understand the path that you are on. Together we will build a healthy foundation through awareness, coping skills and self exploration.
